Ebola is in the news in Central Africa
The risk to tourists visiting the usual tourist areas in Africa ( game parks, Kilimanjaro etc) is extremely low.
All Ebola viruses are transmitted through direct contact with the bodily fluids of infected animals or humans or objects contaminated with such fluids.
This sort of contact is to be avoided.
There is no need to adjust your travel plans.
