Yellow Fever vaccination and certificates — Brisbane
Some countries require proof of Yellow Fever vaccination for entry, particularly if your employee is arriving from (or transiting through) a Yellow Fever risk country.
We can:
- Assess whether Yellow Fever vaccination is required for the itinerary
- Administer the vaccine (if appropriate)
- Issue the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP)
If your team is travelling on short notice, book as early as possible so you don’t get caught out by entry requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Corporate Travel Medical?
A corporate travel medical is a pre-travel appointment focused on two things ( tailored to the employee’s itinerary and health history)
- The paperwork required by the destination and /or the sending company
- Assessment and delivery of the travel health recommendations for the destination – taking into account risks, vaccine requirements, prevention strategies
Many countries and destinations have particular paperwork: Visa Medicals, Altitude medicals etc. The doctor’s assessment will vary based on the required paperwork. Some medicals require tests of blood, hearing, breathing and heart. Most tests we can do in house, saving time for our busy work travellers. External tests we will facilitate. We have a specific employee to ensure the tests and paperwork are done in the most time efficient way and presented correctly and on time. The sending organisation gets one bill to make management of travel medicine expenses easier.
How far in advance should HR companies or their employees book?
Ideally 6–8 weeks before departure, but we can still help with short-notice travel and prioritise what matters most based on timing.
Do you provide Yellow Fever certificates in Brisbane?
Yes — if Yellow Fever vaccination is clinically appropriate and required for the employee’s itinerary, we can vaccinate and issue an International Certificate (ICVP).
Can you help with malaria prevention?
Yes. Malaria risk varies by region, season and travel style. We provide itinerary-specific advice and prescriptions where appropriate.
Do you offer post-travel consults?
Yes. If an employee returns unwell (fever, persistent gastrointestinal symptoms, rash, etc.), a post-travel review helps guide appropriate testing and next steps.
Confidentiality?
Confidentiality is a primary concern of the medical industry. Any information is only shared with the sending company with the consent of the patient.
Corporate travel health, sorted

We can also develop a tailored Corporate Travel Health Plan, so your whole organisation is aligned on what’s needed — helping your team stay well, compliant, and ready to work safely overseas.
