Current Vacanicies

We are currently seeking a registered nurse for regular Saturday sessions.

Want to get out of hospitals and work with happy patients, in a supportive team environment?

We have 3 nurses rostered on most of the time.

You need to be interested in overseas travel, preferably have visitied or worked in developing countries.

Daily duties

• Administering immunisations incl Yellow Fever, Rabies JE etc
• Health education including preventative health measures and use of medication
• Some limited stock control

Position Requirements

• Nursing Registration in QLD
• Current CPR certificate
• Venepuncture certificate or equivalent
• Hepatitis B vaccination
• Knowledge of geography
• Must be interested in Travel

Immed start available. Uniform provided. Training provided in international health and travel medicine depending on previous experience. training framework provided at interview.

Pay rate $42 per hour plus entitlements - negotiable if applicants have recognised qualifications in travel medicine
